Katya's Kitchen is a new partnership that evolved from the former Russian Czar Cuisine, a small family-owned and operated company that was founded in 2001 by executive chef Ilya Palkin, and his wife and partner Katya.

Katya's crêpes are made with the finest organic and natural ingredients, and are fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Our crêpes make it easy to create a healthy and nutritious meal for you and your family.

Try our 3 varieties of sweet crêpes, which are an excellent choice for breakfast or as a delicious dessert; we also make 4 flavors of savory crêpes, a nice treat for lunch or a light dinner.

Ilya has developed Katya's crêpe recipes over a 25 year span, with techniques learned in New York City and San Francisco.

The Palkins' extensive experience has resulted in a line of gourmet handcrafted products that are healthy, delicious, and contemporary, with convenience and versatility that are so important in today's hurried lifestyle.

Jenny is Marketing Director and business partner in Katya's Low-Cal Kitchen. She was introduced to our products during a store demo being conducted by Ilya; as a former personal trainer and aerobics instructor, she commented to Ilya that Kayta's crêpes were not only delicious, but the nutritional profile was a perfect fit for a healthy low-calorie diet. A dedicated "label reader", she encouraged Ilya to proclaim the health benefits on his product labels, and thus Katya's Low-Cal Kitchen was born.
